A few of the cupcakes I made for the United Way Bakesale at work. Black forest, chocolate with vanilla, and vanilla/vanilla. The shot of the Lemon Cupcakes is out of focus. I really have to buck up and get a new camera!
Also, Oreo Truffles! First time I made them... inspired by the lovely Hannah Higgins' annual truffle and buckeye making.
They are so easy-breasy. Write me for the recipe.

OH. MY. GOSH. What the %$^&%^(*!! OREO TRUFFLES??!! Ok then- send the recipe on-- so luxuriously wonderful, I think I just licked the computer screen!!
These are no ordinary bake sale goodies!!!
okay...here you go...12oz of oreos...set aside 6 and crush em up in a food processor, or bang em with a rolling pin..but put em in a bag first. take the remaining cookies and throw em in the food processor with 1 block of cream cheese. mix it up real good. roll them into 1 inch balls. throw em in the freezer for about 20 minutes. meanwhile..melt 1 package of white almond bark according to the directions on the package. dip the spheres (lol) in the bark, i used 2 forks, but i'm thinking of investing in a candy making fork. sprinkle on a bit of the crushed oreos for decor..and it helps to diguise any mistakes in dipping. the bark sets FAST so don't let more than 1 or 2 go before you sprinkle. keep refridgerated. it's some work, but only 3 ingredients!
